    screw the appeals

you get one appeal.....it starts 30 days after your sentence is handed down........if you dont win your appeal.......you have 7 days......then its time to go

another way to help control immigration is place the new military ray guns every 1k yards along the boarder

if you can survive running through that you can stay......if not......its time for a grilled mexican salad

I'm not gonna argue that, I'm sure you'd know before any of us...But, It sure would be alot cheaper to just hang um

first off its about the cost

why should our tax dollars go to house and feed these wastes of flesh for the next 40-80 years?

secondly.......im also not a fan of the current execution system

i believe the method in which you kill somebody is also the method you need to go by as well

for example......i firmly believe timothy mc veigh should have been tied to a chair in and locked in the back of a box track loaded with explosives and blown up

the same way i would want these 4 little [censored] to be shot in the thigh and bleed out

Re: Unfortunately won't get the death penalty

Problem being that it actually costs more to execute than house for life. That is crazy, but it is true (because of the ridiculous amount of appeals and delays)

again thats why we limit the appeals to one within 30 days

that will help to keep the housing and food costs down and speed up the execution

Re: Unfortunately won't get the death penalty

When we founded this country,we instilled due process of law. In cases like this,it bites us squarely on the arse.

Re: Unfortunately won't get the death penalty

see thats just it......due process is due process

but 86 appeals over 12 years is just excessive, costly and frankly un-necessary

Re: Unfortunately won't get the death penalty

Due process is what distinguishes our nation from Saddam's regime where folks were hastily (and more times than not) wrongly executed. We have to take the good with the bad my friend.

From what I remember he was shot in the leg. It hit a main artery. Proper first response could have saved him. I dont think that was premeditated.
